Philadelphia Butter Cake
This is the butter cake that's a Philadelphia tradition. A firm cake bottom, a "gooey" buttery center and a little crunchy on top. Yes, this is the real thing. Each cake's about 8" X 12" and 1" high. They're made to order by our preferred baker, specially packaged, frozen and shipped six to a box via FedEx priority overnight air. Keep one out to enjoy and freeze the rest for future use. Due to packaging requirements and shipping costs, we can ship these cakes only in lots of six. Butter cakes may not ship on our usual second ship day from receipt of order schedule. Depending on the volume of orders, we may need 2 or 3 extra days to make shipments.
